I’m Alberto, the “silly marketing guy” with an unhealthy obsession for branding, visual arts, and, of course, food. Gabriele is the chef, the soul of our kitchen, who has cooked in New York, London, and Bari, always carrying the authentic flavors of Italy with him.
 We’ve been roommates, colleagues, best friends… and now business partners. Together, we created a takeaway concept that blends traditional Italian recipes with a modern twist, bringing a slice of Italy to the heart of Utrecht.
